Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
Previous supervisory experience in precast concrete or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate availability preferred.
