Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Cutting List Expert & Production Supervisor to join a joinery production facility in Dubai.

This role requires strong technical expertise, production planning ability, and deep knowledge of joinery materials and standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesCutting List Expert (Joinery)

Prepare accurate cutting lists based on approved shop drawings and project requirements. Optimize material usage to minimize waste and control costs. Coordinate with the design/technical team for clarifications. Ensure cutting lists follow joinery standards and project specifications. Maintain updated records of materials and cutting schedules.

Production Supervisor

Supervise daily operations of the joinery workshop. Plan, assign, and monitor production tasks to meet project timelines. Conduct quality checks at every stage of production. Coordinate with procurement and stores for material availability. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workshop. Lead and manage carpenters, machinists, and helpers to ensure efficiency. Report production progress and highlight any challenges or corrective actions to management.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in joinery / furniture manufacturing in the UAE. Strong knowledge of wood, veneers, MDF, laminates, and other joinery materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience with

CNC machines

and woodworking equipment is a plus. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary Range and Benefits :

AED 4000 - AED 5500 per month + Accommodation + Company Car & Fuel + Insurance, Tickets
