We are looking for a Production Supervisor who has an experience in the packing Industry. :

To follow the production plan and allocate machine accordingly to tasks are completed in time with highest quality, max efficiency and least scrap.
Keep a check on all stages of production and ensuring smooth flow of work and quality of product being made.
Control production waste in line with targets set by management.
To capture and analyze OEE data and propose projects for increasing the same.
Housekeeping of the department to be maintained in top condition.
Safety policy to be enforced and ensure provision and utilization of PPE by all staff.
Maintaining discipline in an overall context not just for self but of all reporting staff also including but not limited to regularity & punctuality in attendance, SOP adherence, personal hygiene, safety methods etc.
Check all consumables for jobs before handing over the job to machine operators (Complete job dockets, approved shade cards, paper/board, inks, glue etc.)
Stringent check on proper usage of consumables and return of excess/leftover materials to store.
Maintenance department to be informed of all repairing work required in time, to minimize machine downtime. Regular follow-up for longer repair work.
Ensuring production records are maintained as required by ISO & BRC.
Handing over the shift to the other supervisor with complete information and briefing.
To transfer technical knowledge to operators in a planned, scheduled and friendly manner.
Organizing workers duty schedule, machine wise-shift rotation and machine rotation.
