Job Description

Looking well Experienced Production supervisor for Floor, Preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in signage industry, for well established Advertising/Signage Company in Dubai. Responsibilities: Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion

• Production planning, scheduling, quality assurance and Health & Safety

• Overseeing the production process and drawing up production schedules

• Managing all steps in the line of production and providing timelines for work completion

• Supervising and motivating a team of workers

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline operations

• Responsible for the performance of the team and quality of the output

• Facilitating processes and quality improvements across various operations

• Ensure the finished product is as per the client requirement

• Identify the new process methodology, machinery and tools to improve productivity

Requirements: Experience in the filed of Signage/Advertising Industry only preferred.

• Wide experience in and knowledge of Signages and Digital Printing Services

• Skilled in finding fast solutions Strong Communication and Project Management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight datelines.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and able to work under tight deadlines.

• High level of Initiative - a strong self-starter.

• Ability to priorities and manage workload Required Experience, Qualifications &

Education:

• 2-4 years in Production Management at Retail Display Manufacturer / Signages / Printing/ / Advertising Company (Required)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Required)

Must have Valid UAE Driving License . Job Type: Full-time Experience:
