Job Description
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience working in a paper manufacturing company
- Technical and mechanical aptitude to lean manufacturing process
- Experience in adaption to transformation and bringing changes to the people, process and company that will create greatest value
- Experience working in rotating shifts
- Diploma / Bachelors (Required)
- Experience in continuous process, operations in a fast paced environment
- Experience in paper manufacturing industry
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
