Responsibilities

Supervise staff to produce manufactured products, and organize and monitor workflow.
Maintain workflow, complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
Check production output according to specifications.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
Preferred truck upper body manufacturing experience.

3-5 years of relevant work experience in the industrial manufacturing environment.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
Bilingual.
Advanced skills in MS Office.
Previous knowledge in any ERP system.
Transferable 18 visa for Kuwait resident
