We are looking for a Production Supervisor who is exprienced with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. They ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct quantity is produced at the right cost and level of quality. This also includes coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule

Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer requirements;
Distribute production schedules and work orders after coordinating with sales department;
Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures;
Create a full-fledged quality team which should establish company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands;
Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, sales and purchase.
Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate training program for new and existing workers.
Analysis of existing work flow of production and any recommendations/feedback.
Maintain machinery profile details;
Prepare monthly wastage report;
Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes;
Any extra duties assigned by GM
