Role Summary Joinery Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production of custom furniture and joinery, from planning and scheduling to managing budgets, materials quality control. .Responsibilities and Duties: \xc2\xb7 Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. \xc2\xb7 Guide and coach workers monitoring their productivity \xc2\xb7 Perform verification of production output according to specifications \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of joinery workload and progress against targets, escalate issues and support the implementation of solutions where required. \xc2\xb7 Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to health and safety. \xc2\xb7 Generate weekly / monthly manufacturing performance reports. \xc2\xb7 Procurement Ensure stock accuracy. \xc2\xb7 Manage project program for manufacturing and delivery of goods. \xc2\xb7 To schedule and complete works orders for joinery items. \xc2\xb7 To place orders from drawings and update the procurement/purchaser schedule. \xc2\xb7 Production scheduling from the Engineer & Operation team. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: \xc2\xb7 Experience in manufacturing joinery preferably someone who comes from a bench joinery background. \xc2\xb7 Ability to read and understand technical drawings. \xc2\xb7 Structured, organized and works well under pressure Minimum required education and experience: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3-5 years\' UAE experience in joinery & woodwork Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to Relocate:
