Job Key Details:
- Oversee the production operations and ensure maximum productivity through the achievements of production targets
- Manage all employee schedules, supervise all shifts and maintenance schedules
- Conduct routine technical checks on machines to ensure they are functioning well
- Make sure finished goods conform to set standards
- Make proactive suggestions concerning operation methods, processes as well as increasing performance
- Train and develop production teams to ensure highly skilled and trained staff in line with business needs
- Undertake any other relevant duties as will be required
- The suitable candidate must have experience in this field
- Good leadership and supervisory skills required
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools required
- Must be a good problem solver
- Good knowledge of material usage required
- Must be a good communicator
- Male candidates are required
