Job Title Production Supervisor

Description

A leading and successful supplier of meat products in the UAE is looking to hire a Production Supervisor to join their team and assist the Factory Manager in ensuring their operation's high quality and standards.
As the Production Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Plan and organise shifts/employees to drive the achievement of production targets and objectives
• Ensure the implementation of all production instructions and health and safety procedures
• Monitor employee attendance and oversee training and development, ensure that all necessary trainings are provided
• Optimize the machine efficiency, control wastage and analyse yield
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints from investigation to corrective action

To be a successful candidate, you should have the following qualifications:

• At least a diploma in food science or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in processed chicken and meat production business
• Strong knowledge and background of the plant equipment
• Awareness of good manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong people and time management skills
