Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Production Supervisor - Joinery

to manage factory production for

doors, wardrobes production

. The role requires strong shop-floor supervision, technical joinery knowledge, and the ability to meet quality and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily production of

doors, wardrobes

Manage carpenters, machine operators, and helpers Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are met Read and execute

shop drawings and cutting lists

Operate and supervise

CNC, beam saw, edge bander, and woodworking machines

Implement quality checks and safety standards Report daily production status to management

Requirements



3-5 years experience

as Production Supervisor in joinery / fit-out Strong knowledge of

wood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and hardware

Experience in

doors, wardrobes, and kitchen manufacturing

Ability to prepare

cutting lists

and control material waste Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure UAE joinery experience preferred

Education / Certification (Preferred)



Diploma or Bachelor's in

Wood Technology / Engineering / Manufacturing

Certifications such as

Lean Manufacturing / OSHA

are an advantage
