Job Description
ESSENTIAL TASKS
- Coordinating with all other departments like design, estimation, accounts, stores, and site management.
- Follow up on production status with the production engineers.
- Applying random check on moulds and product.
- Ensure all parties are fully aware of production status.
- Assessing project and resource requirements.
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with top managements.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
- Overseeing production processes.
- Re \xe2\x80\x93negotiating timescale or schedules as necessary.
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipments.
- Supervising the work of junior staff.
- and control the production within the parameters of manufacturing cost and minimum possible resource consumption.
- Production within timeline and Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
- Ensuring minimal use of resources.
- Maximization of manpower utilization.
- Ensuring efficiency by reducing redunation of tasks.
- Ensuring standards are being met consistently.
- Right quality, right quantity, predetermined time and pre established cost
- Reducing the quality cost with the help of analysis of non conformances on periodic basis and also by following suitable actions (both corrective and preventive).
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
