Job Summary.

Function as a Production Supervisor for the coating plant. Supervise, manage all activities and able to lead the employees/team. Ensure the production employees have in process the correct items in accordance with the production schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, manage all activities and able to lead the employees/team.
• Check to ensure the production employees have in process the correct items in accordance with the production schedule
• Ensure that business directions, policies, and strategy are understood and applied by all employees
• Check and follow up on work orders to ensure the correct information has been listed, documented and processed
• Ensure all activities are applied as per Company HSEMS, QMS, policies, and instructions.
• Assess the training needs of his subordinates.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement tactics to reduce costs and assure quality
• Frequent checks to ensure the maintenance program is maintained per written instructions
• Work in tandem with other plant units/ Collaborate with the other Coating Plant to accomplish job requirement.
• Enforce Company rules and policies understanding and applications.
• Assure SOPs, HSEMS, QMS and all other Company policies and guidelines are understood and applied.
• Check to ensure that the correct coating materials and all supplies are correctly ordered and received.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

Essential:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant studies.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Coating. Including, in supervisory/managerial role.
• Preferred working knowledge of multiple coating technologies and their applications.
• Managerial and Leadership Experience in similar work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven project Management skills
• Capability to work under pressure.
