Oversee the end-to-end production process: from raw material (aluminium sections, glass panels) through fabrication, quality control, assembly, finishing, and dispatch/installation.
Plan and manage daily, weekly, monthly production schedules in line with project delivery timelines, manufacturing capacity, and client requirements.
Supervise production teams (fabricators, machine operators, QC inspectors, supervisors) and coordinate with other departments (design, procurement, installation).
Interpret technical drawings/BOQs/specifications (aluminium systems, glass units, curtain walls, windows/doors, partitions) and ensure production meets those specs.
Ensure machinery and equipment uptime, maintenance scheduling, and efficient machine utilisation.
Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes, including inspections at key production points.
Ensure health & safety compliance in the manufacturing environment (workshop, fabrication, handling glass & aluminium).
Track production metrics (efficiency, wastage, cost control, lead times) and report to senior management.
Coordinate with procurement/supply chain to ensure materials (glass, aluminium extrusions, hardware) meet project schedules and inventory levels are optimised.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Technical knowledge of aluminium fabrication (extrusions, frames, curtain wall systems) and glass fabrication/processing.
Experience in the aluminium & glass industry (fabrication / manufacturing / installation) in the UAE or GCC region.
