Job Location : Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in a similar role within the seafood industry.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of IQF processing, packing operations, logistics, and yield calculations (based on position).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
