STEEL FABRICATION Experience is a must.
Plan and schedule
daily and weekly production activities
in coordination with project and workshop managers. Reviewshop drawings and cutting plans
from the detailing team; ensure proper understanding by supervisors and fabricators. Monitor and controlmaterial usage
, cutting optimization, and wastage. Supervise workshop processes includingcutting, bending, drilling, welding, and assembly
. Coordinate withQA/QC
to ensure fabrication meets client specifications and project standards. Trackproduction progress vs. schedule
; prepare daily and weekly production reports. Liaise withprocurement and stores
for timely availability of materials, consumables, and tools. Support continuous improvement initiatives toincrease efficiency and reduce costs
. EnforceHSE compliance
within the workshop. Responsible for preparing production lines Develop material handling and manipulation requirements to facilitate fabrication and delivery to production Supervise and manage daily steel fabrication and welding operationsJob Type: Full-time
