Position: Production Planning Engineer

Industry: Stainless Steel / Fasteners / Wire / Bright Bars

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet delivery schedules. Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor raw material availability and production capacity utilization. Analyze production data and suggest process improvements for efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production progress, material movement, and delays. Support implementation of ERP/MRP systems for better planning and reporting.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in production planning (preferably in stainless steel fasteners or metal manufacturing). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and inventory control. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
