Plans, prepares, issues, and controls production schedules, evaluates production statistics
and their impact to the production schedule.

• Evaluates production statistics and their impact to the production schedule. Revises and

reschedules shop orders when necessary

• Work pro-actively, on a daily basis, attend regular Operations meeting with the

manufacturing supervisors, procurement and other departments to ensure schedules are
maintained.

• Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Correlates planning and scheduling of orders with machine loading and labor availability

to obtain optimum utilization of equipment, efficient allocation of labor, and on-time
delivery of products.

• Analyze complete work orders to verify labor and material posting, closing and retaining

work orders.

• Configure and review variant process requirements and ensure their accuracy throughout

the build process.

Reputed Signage Company in Abu Dhabi- Musaffah is looking for a Production Planning and Control
professional who is hands-on and capable of managing production planning, scheduling and
inventory utilizing modern computer system. Directly responsible for the areas of Production,
Quality Control, Planning, Receiving, Shipping/Packaging and revenue forecast execution. Plans,
prepares, issues, and controls production schedules and material requirements to ensure a
controlled flow of approved materials to meet production requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 10 years experience in signage manufacturing industry.
2. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
3. Extensive knowledge of Bill of Manufacturing/Materials structures and routings
Knowledge of Production and Purchasing functions.
4. Understanding of Signage standards and specifications, documentation and traceability
requirements. must have the ability to communicate at all levels and have great
interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, strong personality to handle all areas in workshop.
5. Strong understanding of entire flow of production from raw material to processing
finished goods.
6. Proficiency in computer skills
7. Effective written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to
review and interpret concepts and to communicate necessary actions and requests clearly
and concisely.
