Production Planner
Job Description
The Planner will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules, inventory management, and supply chain logistics to ensure efficient operations within the paper manufacturing process. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and manufacturing capabilities. Collaborate with production, sales, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels. Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as necessary to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in production processes. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding schedule changes and production updates. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning and inventory management. Experience: - Minimum 2 Years of Work experience in the production planning department with expertise in MES (Manufacturing execution system) software from ABB. Paper industry experience is a must.
