Job Summary

We are looking for a

Production & Operations Coordinator

to support our daily manufacturing and logistics activities.
The ideal candidate is

organized, proactive, and experienced in coordinating workshop operations

ensuring smooth communication between departments and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily workflow between fabrication, welding, coating, and assembly teams. Assist in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing production tasks. Prepare job orders, delivery notes, and basic production documentation. Track project progress and report updates to management. Communicate with suppliers and logistics for material availability and delivery. Maintain accurate records of materials, job cards, and production status. Support the enforcement of

safety and quality procedures

in the workshop. Collaborate with admin and sales teams to ensure client deadlines are met.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience

in a similar coordination or workshop role (preferably in metal fabrication or construction). Good command of

English

(Arabic is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email). Reliable, hands-on, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and team spirit.
