We are seeking a dedicated

Production Project Coordinator

with specific experience in retail fit-out to join our Project/Operations team in Dubai, UAE.

Candidates must have retail fit-out, joinery, or furniture industry experience .

Key Responsibilities

Support project teams by coordinating tasks and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality project outcomes. Assist in following up on drawing approvals, material procurement, workflow, subcontracts, and other critical project elements. Support the installation process for projects and address any rectifications or snags as needed. Prepare and submit daily reports on site conditions, ensuring clear and effective written communication. Work independently to develop and complete project tasks without continuous supervision. Develop knowledge of furniture, fixtures, equipment, architectural/interior finishes, lighting, signage, color, and materials to support design intent. Prepare sample boards to match client specifications or original samples, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Assist in implementing and monitoring safety protocols on the floor to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service to clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities to meet tight deadlines. Engage with senior management, external clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. Proficiency in AutoCAD or drawing (GD&T) reading knowledge. Experience in retail fit-out, joinery, or furniture industry (civil industry experience not required). Personal qualities: Positive attitude, proactive approach, strong willingness to learn, adaptability to dynamic environments, creative thinking, and readiness to tackle challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
