Job Description
The Production Material Officer at IIQAF is an integral part of the production team responsible for maintaining and organizing material stock inventory. This role is responsible for monitoring the movement of materials, controlling material supply levels, and proactively managing materials to ensure quality and cost control.

- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of production materials inventory.
- Oversee the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate pricing
- Analyze inventory data for trends in material consumption and utilization
- Ensure adherence to materials safety and storage standards
- Develop documentation for materials in/out and record materials transaction in system
- Receive and ship materials and prepare related documentation
- Track non-inventory items and small parts
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in a Materials Management and/or Supply Chain position
- Expertise in inventory management and digital data entry
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
