Excellent Opportunity for Production Manager with experience in ventilation Fan\'s manufacturing industries.

Responsible for productivity and schedule adherence.
Manufacturing & Assembly of composite parts as required by the customer.
Scheduling and preparing monthly man hours plan as per the load.
Conducting daily meetings with the operations team (Production, QC, CSD
and Maintenance)
Competent knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work autonomously to meet goals and targets.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of people.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Facilitate continuous improvement (Kaizen) workshops and new product development
