Industrial Frozen Bakery Production Manager Our client is a fast-growing industrial frozen bakery specializing in frozen and ambient breads, pastries for HORECA, supermarkets, food services and airlines. As part of their growth in the region, we are recruiting an experienced industrial bakery production manager to join their Dubai operations. The successful candidate must be strategic with a clear vision for the plant and employees and proven capabilities in leadership and overseeing the daily production of high-quality frozen bakery items in the state-of-the-art facility. Preference will be given to candidates who have managed industrial frozen and ambient bread baking production. Role Summary
Lead the production teams to improve operations efficiencies to optimize quality yield and reduce costs.
Take necessary actions to prevent food safety and food quality issues from occurring and improving production quality.
Ensure all health, safety, food safety and environmental requirements are adhered to.
Build high performance teams, establish clear KPIs to foster alignment, teamwork and accountability.
Control production costs; reduce wastage.
Oversee the finished products inventory store. Mandatory Skills & Experience
10 - 15 years' progressive experience in industrial frozen bakery manufacturing and production.
In-depth knowledge of industrial baking science and technology, process control and improvement.
Production management experience in frozen and ambient bread, pastries and viennoiseries.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to determine variances and take corrective actions.
Proven leadership capabilities to motivate factory teams to take ownership to achieve KPIs.
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing lean manufacturing and production, continuous improvement and accountability initiatives.
Working knowledge of FSSC 22000 and HACCP food safety. Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
