Job Description
Job Title: Production Manager
Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate (Engineering or relevant field preferred)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage precast production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedules
Supervise production staff and coordinate with teams for smooth workflow
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
Prepare production reports and track key performance metrics
Collaborate with engineering and planning teams for project requirements
Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Proven experience in precast or construction-related production management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards
Results-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
