As Production Manager, the role holder shall plan and execute experiential marketing programs of the client. The role holder shall actively participate in specifying budgeting, scheduling work, and coordination of information between the departments. He/she shall be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget. The Production Manager is also responsible for working effectively with client and internal account teams to flawlessly deliver event programs that achieve client results against established strategic & creative objectives, timelines, and financial goals.
Lead in delivering flawless development and execution of Experiential Marketing programs from start to finish.
Manage and maintain program-related logistics as it relates to production and implementation.
Provide logistics and asset management training to Managers
Assist in the creative and strategic development of integrated experiential marketing solutions for new and existing clients.
Administration of inventory control, analysis, ordering processes, shipping/receiving, etc.
Efficient management of program budgets, resource sourcing, and deployment
Coordinate closely with vendors, venues, and maintenance personnel
Developing vendor relationships and gathering bids.
Vendor evaluation and pipeline
Leading production elements, including staffing, fabrication, permitting, location scouting, etc.
Keep product within costs on time and budget.
Communicating and solving any challenges, requirements, or needs with the Consumer Engagement and Creative Teams is vital for establishing clear expectations with the client.
Working in conjunction with the Creative Team to develop the plans for materials, dimensions, functions, and overall design.
Gathering templates, specs, or other details and providing requirements to the creative team.
Manage and maintain program assets and inventories by ensuring that all program logistics are arranged to bring the vision to life
Weekly and frequent client status reporting with the team and respective clients
Provide valuable and forward-thinking insights to improve program deliverables continually
Work closely with Client Managers, Program Managers, and Creative to deliver above program expectations
Attend events/activation in the field, travel to support project needs in the field as required
Source and create new program elements as requested by the Client team
Generate expense reports as required
Overseeing entire onsite activations and ensuring production elements are delivered correctly and on time.
