Job description

1. Oversee daily production operations within the structural steel & metal fabrication,glass aluminium works ensuring output meets both quality and delivery requirements.

2. Implement process for improvements to enhance production efficiency and outputs.

3. Work with the Project Managers to ensure timely and quality execution.

4. Ensure all projects are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with client requirements.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues, delays, or risks in coordination with site managers.

6. Ensure that all relevant departments are aligned on operational goals and timelines, facilitating smooth communication and workflow between teams.

7. Monitor expenditures related to factory operations, site erection, and logistics to ensure cost-effective. project delivery.

8. Lead regular client meetings and site visits to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns. Drive client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, timely solutions, ensuring effective issue resolution and long-term relationship building.

09. Preparing and submitting weekly reports to the management for review and update

10. Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.

11. Attend site meetings as per requirements.

Requirements:

- Relevant certifications in Manufacturing, Project Management (PMP) Etc

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in operations & production management(Same Field)with a strong focus on steel production, erection, and project management.

- Strong knowledge of steel production processes, including fabrication, welding, and installation.

- Must have a valid UAE driving License.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 6,500 based on eligibility
