Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Perfume manufacturing process and make sure that the Production lines are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with maintenance staff to plan work, set targets and make sure the finished products meet quality standards.
• Manage the overall production process.
• Communicate target with the team, delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, cost and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement to ensure the best productivity results
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
• Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, machineries, etc.) and plan accordingly
• Assess target and resource requirements; provide estimate on timescales and costs.
• Ensure safe working practices are maintained.
• Carry out incident, accident and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure
• Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems
• Prepare management reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven at least 2 years\' experience as production manager.
• Excellent knowledge of production management
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
