Job Description
Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements, and implement relevant strategies. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels effectively, minimizing waste and ensuring timely deliveries. Health and Safety: Uphold a strong commitment to workplace safety, promoting and enforcing safe working practices. Budget Management: Develop and manage the production budget, monitoring costs, and expenses to maximize profitability. Reporting: Generate regular reports on production performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and areas for improvement.
