Production Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities ? Manage plant production activities across multiple shifts and departments to manufacture products that meet established quality standards. ? Creating, planning and organizing production schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time. ? Analyse current production processes and procedures to identify areas for improvements. ? Implement improvement initiatives to improve quality and increase efficiency. ? Hire, motivate and lead a team of production staff, team leaders and coordinators. ? Evaluate and manage the performances of employees to ensure daily targets are met. ? Hold employees accountable for their job duties in a fair, consistent, and professional manner. Suggest/recommend disciplinary action as needed. ? Assessing project and resource requirements ? Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements. ? Enforcing all health and safety regulations and training staff when necessary. ? Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary ? organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- production management and leading: 5 years (Preferred)
- mechanical or composite engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
- 25% (Preferred)
