Role and Responsibilities: As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing production plans that maximize efficiency and optimize resources while meeting quality standards.
• Overseeing the AI-driven poultry production process from hatchery to processing, ensuring seamless operations at every stage.
• Monitoring key metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and meet production targets.
• Providing budgetary support by preparing and managing production budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
• Leading and motivating a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, while also contributing to the development of sustainable and ethical farming practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a poultry farming environment, with a deep understanding of poultry production processes.
• Familiarity with AI-driven farming concepts is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with production metrics to drive performance.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, fluency in English is required.
• Prior experience in the UAE or the Middle East region is advantageous.
