We operate a high-speed production environment and are looking for a strong leader to manage and improve factory operations.

Position:

Production Manager

We need a hands-on, proactive Production Manager who can oversee daily operations, coordinate multiple departments, and ensure timely, high-quality production.

This role suits someone who understands manufacturing workflow, leads teams effectively, and keeps production running smoothly without delays.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

Prepare daily and weekly production schedules. Coordinate across cutting, printing, plotting, lamination, assembly & packing. Ensure materials, manpower, and machines are ready for each shift. Maintain continuous production flow.
2. Quality Control

Ensure consistent quality for plastic, acrylic, and printed components. Monitor work during and after production. Identify and resolve quality issues quickly.
3. Team Management

Lead operators, helpers, and assembly workers. Assign daily tasks and monitor performance. Maintain productivity and discipline inside the factory.
4. Process Optimization

Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. Increase efficiency and reduce wastage. Minimize downtime across departments.
5. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate daily production reports. Coordinate with procurement for raw materials. Update senior management on output and challenges.
6. Factory Operations

Ensure machines are maintained and serviced on time. Maintain a clean, organized, safe manufacturing environment. Support continuous improvement across all departments.

Requirements

2-5 years experience in production management or supervision. Background in plastics, acrylic, fabrication, printing, signage, or similar industries. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Reliable, organized, and proactive.

Job Benefits
