Job Overview Leads & manages the Line Maintenance sub-section of the Approved Maintenance Organization. Has management oversight of Line Maintenance functions under his purview. Ensure that the Maintenance Manager has all the required information available in order to make accurate and objective decisions. Maintaining highest possible technical DRR while assessing multiple factors surrounding aircraft serviceability. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize productivity of resources. Team engagement and the promotion of continuous improvements throughout the Line Maintenance sub-section. Ensures that the maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with the relevant manufacturers manuals, appropriate technical manuals and pertinent regulatory requirements and all maintenance is documented accordingly in accordance with ANTR M.A.306(a) & ANTR 145.A.50 Develop and monitor specific key performance metrics within the line maintenance sub-section, analyzing root cause and addressing performance & service shortfalls. Liaise directly with Short Term planning to ensure that aircraft maintenance events are coordinated in a controlled and efficient manner. Ensure that adequate manpower levels are in place to meet operational increases and reductions in the flight schedule. Promote and develop strategies and procedures to maximize Technical Dispatch reliability promoting a continuous improvement through reactive actions. Maintain coordination between the Line Supervisors and key stakeholders in the Technical department such as the Short term planners, MOC Managers, Engineering & Admin support staff in accordance with ANTR 145.A. 47 Liaise with the Materials Section & the Engineering Section for the provision of materials required for Deferrals & open technical requests. Ensure that all Online mandatory trainings such as HF, EWIS & FTS training are completed within the required timeframes and communicate account issues with the online training to the Maintenance Manager. Responsible for the monthly building of the AIMs crew management roster, assigning flights, the monitoring of flight changes and the communication of flight changes to Flying Spanner engineers. Will maintain full control & maintenance upkeep of company owned Laptops, Mobile Phones & Onboard Flyaway kits carried on aircraft. Draft the Line Maintenance sub-section mandatory training packages and upload on the system promoting a culture of safety, airworthiness and open two way feedback in accordance with ANTR 145.A.35. Closely monitor and control annual and public holiday leave requirements to ensure optimization of resources are available. Promote and maintain the highest Health & Safety standards actively promoting a robust Health & Safety culture. Must be able to troubleshoot Airframe, Engine and APU systems Regular day to day contact with MOC, Flight Dispatch, Flight Crews, MX Outstation Support, Line Maintenance Supervisors. Evaluate teardown reports, corrective actions, overhaul reports from repair / overhaul vendors and suppliers when required. Be familiar with a Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Programs. Determine the team structure, roles, performance targets and goals at regional level to develop a high performance team that is customer-driven, service focused, cost-conscious and responsive to competing regional and global demands. Ensure that the team is provided with clear direction and performance standards expected and is staffed, trained and motivated to meet set targets. Support staff in performance appraisal process and career development within the company in order to develop and maintain a motivated team of competent staff. Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled Mobility team. Develop and promote team spirit and communication channels within the group and countries.

Education & Experience Qualifications Minimum of 10 years' experience in an Approved Maintenance Organization handling production. A Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer B1 and/or B2 Should have experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software, particularly Powerpoint and Excel Experience using My Boeing Fleet, General Electric and Stream application would be considered an advantage Experience with the Trax Maintenance systems or other similar maintenance software would be considered an advantage Fluent in written and spoken English, enough to communicate at all levels in required Technical terms
