Job Description
Our Client, a renowned and well established Furniture Manufacturing Group is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to join their team based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. The Production Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, managing resources, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and implement effective production plans to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Material Knowledge: Proficient in managing material inventory, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Estimation Skills: Partially estimate product requirements, contributing to effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Design and Execution: Oversee the design process and ensure flawless execution of projects, emphasizing precision and quality.
- Quality Control: Implement robust quality control measures to guarantee products meet stringent industry standards.
- Workforce Management: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to control and motivate a workforce of nearly 500 laborers with prior experience handling similar workforce.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Metal Manufacturing, with a focus on decorative furniture and metal furniture components.
- Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in the Metal Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in production planning and scheduling software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
