Strong experience in managing joinery production operations
Knowledge of materials, machinery, and workflow optimization
Team leadership and quality control expertise
Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
Driving license preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities in the joinery workshop
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
Manage a team of technicians and supervisors
Coordinate with procurement, design, and client teams
