Production Manager - Joinery Division
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day factory operations, production planning, and workflow management.
Lead and manage production teams, including carpenters, machinists, spray painters, and supervisors.
Ensure delivery of high-quality joinery products within specified timelines.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all production stages.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to meet project requirements.
Optimize production efficiency, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
Enforce safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and compliance with company policies.
Drive continuous improvement, lean processes, and operational best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of joinery, woodworking machinery, and production processes.
Proven track record of managing factory teams and delivering high-quality output.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
