Production Manager Joinery

Job Description
Oversee daily production operations and workflow in the joinery factory.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all manufacturing activities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of projects.
Manage inventory, procurement of raw materials, and resource allocation.
Supervise, train, and evaluate factory staff for optimal performance.
Implement safety, health, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients as needed.
Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Factory Manager in joinery, woodworking, or related manufacturing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and health & safety regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
