Production Manager With Joinery Experience ( Interior Fit Out The Company) This Production Manager\xe2\x80\x99s role is with one of the region\xe2\x80\x99s leading fit out Company. They have an enviable reputation and working on numerous prestigious Commercial , ,offices, hotel and fit outs. The Role The Production Manager will be directly responsible for the planning, preparation and production of required joinery for the company\xe2\x80\x99s various projects. You will need:

• An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of modern joinery manufacturing and a knowledge of the Super Yacht and marine environment would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of all aspects of furniture construction, which includes but is not limited to; cabinets, furniture, wall paneling systems, doors, mouldings etc.
• Fully conversant with all types of manual wood working machinery and to be fully conversant with all types of wood working CNC machinery and their associated programs.
• Good leadership, Organization & coordination skills.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
