We are recruiting a UAE experienced production supervisor to join their Northern Emirates team to manage high quality and cost-effective production.

We are recruiting a UAE experienced production supervisor to join their Northern Emirates team to manage high quality and cost-effective production.
Role Summary
- Plan and oversee production to deliver products on time \xe2\x80\x93 manpower planning, quality control, health & safety management and cost optimization.
- Assist with hiring and training of technical production and machine operators.
- Manage the corrective and preventative maintenance of mechanical industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all production meets quality standards.
- Improve processes and procedures to optimize production performance.
- Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to mandatory health & safety requirements.
- 5+ years in production of corrugation, metal lamination, insulation fabrication, rockwool insulation, aluminium, galvanized and steel jacketing and cladding.
- Experience in improving production processes, effective resource and material planning and maintaining production compliance in line with quality control and costs.
- Strong team management experience.
- Proficient use of ERP.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Northern Emirates.
- Good command of English \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to read, write and speak good English.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
