Our client specializes in industrial insulation, cladding and jacketing for the oil & gas, marine and industrial sectors.
We are recruiting a UAE experienced production supervisor to join their Northern Emirates team to manage the production operations through effective full cycle production management.
Role Summary
- Plan and oversee production to deliver products on time - manpower planning, quality control, health & safety management and cost optimization.
- Assist with hiring and training of technical production and machine operators.
- Improve processes and procedures to optimize production performance.
- 5+ years in production of corrugation, metal lamination, insulation fabrication, rockwool insulation, aluminium, galvanized and steel jacketing and cladding.
- Experience in improving production processes, effective resource and material planning and maintaining production compliance in line with quality control and costs.
- Good team management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to work in the Northern Emirates.
- Candidates must be able to live in Production Supervisor
- Good command of English - must be able to read, write and speak good English.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
