• What you will be doing:

Coordination with Backoffice: - Work with company management to successfully coordinate and integrate the overall project scope, including budget management, schedule, quality and safety. - Provides regular status reports and capacity plan updates using company system. - Managing delivery schedules to meet all delivery requirements on time - Liaise with material suppliers, specialist fabricators, finishers in line with company buying policy: comparative quotes, negotiation of best price etc. - Improve the production quality and timeliness and propose innovative solutions. Production: - Provide leadership and guidance to the team and manage the day to day operations - Ensure correct operation and maintenance of all workshop machinery with strict compliance to Health & Safety regulations. - Assist with on-going training and development of staff, undertake training and inductions for production staff on new machinery - Quality management, ensuring manufactured items are produced within the specification and to an expected quality level including finishing works and packaging process - Continuously identify and forward ideas that will improve efficiencies. Logistics: - Monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries - Create internal department transfers in company system. - Assist with monthly warehouse inventory audits. - Ensure proper posting and allocation of purchase orders in ERP with supporting documentation. - Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.

• What you need to have:

- Relevant education degree, 5+ years of production management experience including wood, steel and furniture manufacturing. - Proficient in data entry - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize - Fluent in English - Willing to relocate to Fujairah- UAE
