Job Title: In-House Production Manager - Fashion Warehouse

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed In-House Production Manager to oversee daily production operations across our fashion brands. This role is based in our warehouse and is responsible for translating design into delivery, on time, on spec, and at scale. You will manage cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control while coordinating tightly with procurement, logistics, and design.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Production Oversight

: Supervise the entire garment production cycle including cutting, stitching, labeling, and finishing to ensure adherence to design specs, timelines, and quality

Workflow Planning

: Create and maintain production schedules based on order volume, seasonality, and priority SKUs (both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure)

Team Management

: Lead and train warehouse-based tailors, cutters, quality control personnel, and floor staff. Enforce accountability and shift targets

Inventory and Stock Monitoring

: Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure raw materials such as fabrics, trims, and packaging are always available without overstocking

Quality Control

: Set and enforce quality benchmarks. Identify and resolve production defects before garments reach fulfillment

Process Optimization

: Identify bottlenecks and implement systems to improve throughput, reduce error rates, and minimize material waste

Order Integration

: Coordinate with sales, customer service, and e-commerce to align order flow with production capacity and deadlines

Returns and Alterations

: Manage workflows for returned items, quality checks, and reprocessing as per company policy

Requirements

3+ years of experience in fashion or textile production management, preferably in a made-to-order or fast-moving environment Strong understanding of garment construction, quality control, and production timelines Proficient in Excel and production tracking systems. Familiarity with Shopify, or Zoho is a plus. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team across multiple shifts Fluent in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems under pressure
