Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Production Manager
with a strong background in
exhibition booth making, events, and fabrication works
. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, supervising production teams, and ensuring timely project delivery with the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day production operations for exhibition booths and event setups.
Coordinate with the design, carpentry, and graphics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Plan project schedules, materials, and manpower allocation.
Ensure production quality, timeline, and budget control.
Supervise installation and dismantling work at event venues.
Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
Source materials and coordinate with suppliers when required.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in exhibition booth fabrication / events / production management in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and production processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
