Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Accounts Manager with proven experience in the exhibitions and events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle--from lead generation to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for exhibition stands, corporate events, and brand activations.
Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with design and production teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Project Coordination: Work closely with internal departments (design, operations, and production) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market movements to position the company strategically.
Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client feedback.
