Production Manager - Engineering (UAE)

Salary Range:

AED 6,000 - AED 8,000

Experience Required:

3-7 years in a similar role within the UAE or GCC

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (mandatory)

Professional Background:

Demonstrated experience in overseeing production operations related to tensile shade structures, steel and aluminium fabrication, and general construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day production activities across multiple ongoing projects, including steel structures and tensile fabrications Ensure material issuance only upon verification of client payments and internal approvals Plan and manage all aspects of the production process, including fabrication, assembly, welding, and finishing Monitor and maintain high standards for quality, timely delivery, and labor efficiency Prepare and review necessary documentation such as invoices, material requisitions, and delivery notes Collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align production with project requirements Maintain accurate production logs, quality inspection records, and inventory reports Troubleshoot production issues to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion Provide regular updates to management and represent the company during client or consultant site visits

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of structural and fabrication drawings Proficiency in ERP software (Odoo, SAP, or Zoho) Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word Familiar with production documentation and invoicing processes
