Responsible for the overall management and quality control of fabrication.
Ensuring actual fabrication is as per the approved drawings, highlighting variations to Design team and/or Operations Director and providing solution to fabrication conflicts
Ensure fabrication are completed strictly within the timeline
Reports daily update of the production status to the Operations Director
Collaborating with the Design team for design and drawing efficiency and feasibility
Must be able to motivate and develop workshop laborers for high performance
Liaise with project manager to ascertain weekly requirements / changes.
Assign jobs to workshop laborers and gets control of the full fabrication process
Continuously identify and forward ideas that will improve the fabrication and operation progress and routine development.

Qualifications:

Solid experience of managing Interior fit out production/fabrication
In depth understanding of the following:
Fit out related detail drawings (Architectural and MEP)
Different types of material finishing (Corian, Wood, Stones, Acrylic, and Paint etc.)
Experience of managing carpenters, painters and production labors and operating machines.
Experience in design, fabrication, quality control and installation.
Experienced in scheduling, logistics, procurement of material related to production and operations
