Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead factory workers in aluminium & glass fabrication.
Ensure maximum productivity, minimum wastage, and high-quality output.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance of fabricators and helpers.
Coordinate with production manager, storekeeper, and site team.
Ensure materials are used properly and fabrication is as per approved drawings.
Train workers, enforce safety rules, and improve overall workflow.
Plan production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in aluminium fabrication industry.
Strong knowledge of windows, doors, curtain wall, partitions, handrails, etc.
Ability to read shop drawings and guide workers accordingly.
Leadership skills with strong discipline and productivity management.
Must be hardworking, reliable, and target-oriented.
