- In-depth knowledge of the mixtures of liquids and the production processes involved.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team for optimal performance.
- Proficient in developing new and innovative cleaning products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and quality control.

- Supervise production staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
