We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic PRODUCTION MANAGER to strengthen our growing team. Requirements: Experience in Joinery company Minimum experience of 7 years Can join immediately RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Managing all production activities as a Production Manager Ensuring that all production equipment is in operating condition Oversee the production processes and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand and workflow meets the required deadlines. Responsible for allocating labour resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure production runs smoothly. Managing a team of staff, primarily carpenters, engineers in the manufacturing process Responsible for leading the whole production process of interior / joinery projects for customers Regular meetings with the customers & stakeholders on the projects - Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion Coordinating with all shop drawings, generating cutting lists and implementing quality control Liaises with Design, Procurement and Projects coordinators Production planning, scheduling, quality assurance and Health & Safety Management of a pricing / budget & project P&L Evaluating workers\' performance as per ISO requirements Requirements Job Type: Full-time
