2 to 5 years preferredKey Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor ceramic sheet production machines efficiently. Maintain machine parameters as per SOP and ensure consistent product quality. Handle raw materials loading, minor troubleshooting, and routine maintenance checks. Work closely with quality and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Maintain 5S and safety standards across workstations. Report shift activities and production output to shift supervisor.
Candidate Requirements:
Prior experience operating machines in
ceramic, plastic extrusion, glass, tile, or metal industries
preferred. Strong understanding of production line operations and safety procedures.Ability to work in high-temperature environments
(kiln/dryer/furnace areas). Physically fit and comfortable working on rotating shifts. Knowledge of basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting is an advantage*
